First, if your site is already listed in the search engines, there is never a need to resubmit, even with a
new redesign. The search engines will keep checking your site for changes. But if your site is not listed in
the engines, they will find you from links on the internet that point to your site. So increasing your site'slink popularity is the best way to insure your site is found by the major search engines.
